University Chefs Training Day with MSK Ingredients – 3 MAY EVENT POSTPONED

The day will feature some demonstrations and there will be lots to taste and recipes to take away from the day. A wide range of sweet and savoury dishes using modern techniques will be covered throughout the day. We will also cover new approaches to plant-based cuisine and garnishing.
Presenters include Vicky Enderson and Rupert Rowley.
Starting at 9.30 am and finishing at 4 pm, the event will be held at:

Anyone requiring accommodation the night before is advised to use a hotel in Chesterfield and make their own arrangements and a short taxi ride in the morning.

The course is restricted to a maximum of 12 delegates to maintain interaction. Delegates need to bring a chef’s jacket.

- The cost will be £195 per person plus VAT
- Delegates need to pay in full prior to attendance
