This is an exciting opportunity for 16 delegates from the Hospitality sector to benefit from a training seminar presented by the co-host of the BBC television series ‘Michel Roux’s Service’.  This is a highly interactive course, led by  Fred Sirieix,  General Manager at Galvin at Windows, the Michelin-starred restaurant on the 28th floor of the London Hilton on Park Lane.

This seminar focuses on service skills that you would use in a restaurant environment. The skills can also be applied to quality functions and VIP dinners. By including both demonstrations and role play including  ‘The Art of Service’ board game facilitated by Fred Sirieix. You will be given plenty of ideas and inspiration on how you can train, lead and develop staff back in the workplace.
